Before bedtime find some old socks or thin gloves and apply a good amount of lotion on both hands. Carefully slip your hands into your choice of wraps and keep them covered while you sleep. In the morning your hands will feel so relieved and hydrated!
You can continue doing treatments when necessary, but one night should last up to four days depending on the moisturizer you use.
