Hydrate your skin

Hydrating your skin is more important
than ever this winter...

With record-setting freezing temperatures in the Northeast this winter,
it's important to hydrate your skin. Drinking lots of water
may help but we unavoidably have extra dryness on our hands
and face as well. Here are some beauty remedies to try that will truly combat
that constant dryness and keep your skin glowing and moisturized
through the winter!

The glove trick-and not just when you're outside.
Liberally apply your favorite hand cream to your hands and then carefully slide your hands into loose mittens
(an old pair of sock works too). Sleep with them on overnight and by sunrise your hands will have moisture
locked in for several days. Repeat as necessary.

This dense oil has some amazing beauty benefits.
Not only does it grow hair at the speed of light (not literally, but
within a week you will see a difference!) it also hydrates skin and heals it
from scars, cracked skin, stretch marks, and acne.
This oil originates from seeds of the castor bean plant (Ricinus communis
and goes beyond skin hydration to support skin health and heal common diseases.
